As we head into April most of you will be aware that the salon is temporarily closed following the government advice surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic. Thank you all for your support, understanding and lovely messages during this time.
Whilst our doors may be closed and treatments are off the menu for the moment, we are working from home in other areas of the business and our webshop is open for home delivery following the social distancing guidelines. In good news, just before we closed, Beauty Therapist Katie completed her Advanced Beauty Apprenticeship, and Senior Beauty Therapist, Emily completed her Stage One exams for her Salon Management qualification. 
Emily is now busy studying from home and enjoying the spring weather and slightly warmer days as you can see in this photo. Meanwhile, Karen and Sarah are working on the webshop and keeping deliveries going – look out for a few new additions online very soon! All our salon customers will receive free delivery on orders of £15 or more using the code: 15FPP

Monthly Membership E-Newsletter
T’s & C’s: This membership is subject to an initial three month period whereby you pay a Direct Debit of £18.99 each month. Cancellation charges will apply within the first 3 months. After three months you will go onto a rolling monthly contract whereby you may cancel with one months written notice. The value of your monthly products will always be greater that £18.99 RRP. Products cannot be swapped or exchanged.
Gift Vouchers

These are unprecedented times and we have therefore extended the expiry date on all Taylor Made Treatments gift vouchers and cards to 12 months, rather than the usual 6 months.

If you have been gifted or issued a third party voucher from a company we partner with such as Groupon, Buy A Gift, Red Letter Days, Treatwell or SpaFinder and you would like to redeem this at the salon when we reopen please contact us on 01280 816101 or email info@taylormade-group.com with the gift card or voucher number in order to do this. If the expiration date is approaching we are (subject to successful redemption) able to issue a 12 month credit voucher to you in replacement and you will still be able to use this at a later date when we reopen.

Tisserand
Aroma Spa Diffuser

An aromatherapy diffuser which uses ultrasonic technology to create a fine, silent fragrant mist to suit every mood. The ultrasonic diffuser begins to vibrate water molecules at a frequency which causes the water to heat up, producing steam with tiny bubbles. Supplier Spotlight

This month we’re putting the spotlight on aromatherapy brand, Tisserand who have been established since 1974. Founded by Robert Tisserand, the company was founded after his mother told him about aromatherapy and the power of essential oils, he spent years studying as an Aromatherapist and initially hand bottled blends personally, sending them out to customers from his local post office each Saturday morning. Over the years the company has grown, but the ethos to bring the finest quality oils to people remains.

Their award winning essential oil products are 100% natural and approved by the Vegan Society. Their oils are sourced from around the world, and are each 100% pure organic, wild crafted or ethically harvested which is stated on each of the products.

The organic oils, bath and body products are accredited by the Soil Association with ingredients being 100% organic. Certified organic essential oils are derived from plants that have been grown without the use of any man-made fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides.

The wild crafted essential oils Tisserand produce are derived from plants that are gathered from their wild habitat in conditions which are favourable to the health of the plant, instead of being cultivated and care is taken to ensure the process remains as sustainable as possible.
Their Ethically Harvested products are derived from plants, trees and shrubs which are cultivated in a natural environment to ensure that the species is not depleted and is able to grow in abundance. This is rarely an issue with herbs, but more so with slower growing trees so care must be taken.
