1.0 Bookings and Cancellation Policy
1.1 A 50% booking fee is requested at the time of booking.
1.2 We politely request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes to appointments.
1.3 In the event of late cancellation or no-show Taylor Made Treatments Ltd reserves the right to retain the 50% booking fee.
1.4 Membership: Please note one treatment point is redeemed at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
1.5 In the event of late cancellation or no-show Taylor Made Treatments Ltd reserves the right to retain the redemption value.
2.0 Refund Policy
2.1 Should a refund need to be issued this will be completed via the payment method used to pay the booking fee.
2.2 Refund transactions willbe completed within 48 hours.
