Hollie and Emily have recently completed training in our new Dr Renuad Intensive Botanical Prescriptive Facial which launches this June. Emily has also completed training in the Harley Body Wrap featured below, along with Katie – take a look a our feature below to find out more about the treatment. Later this month Karen and Sarah are heading to Manchester for a Clinical Update Training Day with Lynton the company who created the machine we use for our IPL hair removal, red vein and skin rejuvenation treatments.

Throughout 2019 we’re putting the spotlight on a different treatment each month to tell you more about what each entails and how it could work for you. This month we’re focussing on Inch Loss Body Wraps from Harley, perfect for a pre-holiday treat, to tighten and tone as we head into warmer weather!

A professional inch loss and body wrap treatment.

Treatment Time:
90 minutes

Who’s it for?
Anyone who wants to see inch loss results for the whole body or would like to kickstart a detox. This treatment also helps with eczema, psoriasis and energy levels. 

When to Book:
These treatments are available year round, but many book before a special occasion or a holiday.
What Happens?
Your Therapist will begin the appointment with a consultation and taking measurements at various points on the body from your bust downwards. You’ll be supplied with disposable underwear to change into then we begin body brushing in line with the lymphatic drainage system and apply an Aloe based gel to the buttocks, abdomen and thighs. After we apply bandages which have been soaked in a concentrate to assist the treatment. These are applied warm from the bottom of the legs upwards. We give you sauna suit to seal in body heat and moisture, this will help to boost results and is left on for 45 minutes. After that time everything is removed and you’re remeasured in the same places as before so we can measure the inch loss results.

What Do I Need to Do Afterwards?
We recommend drinking lots of water, and a healthy diet and excercise plan.

Results:
Inches lost from thw body as a whole. We are able to tell you the results as we measure both before and afterwards.

IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light can be effectively used in a number of ways including Red Vein (see images below) and Skin Rejuvenation treatments along with hair removal.

Karen and Sarah have both undergone extensive training in this field and have used IPL on clients for a number of years. Our IPL machine is medically approved and both ladies undergo regular clinical updates from the company who supplied it, Lynton who are the UK’s number one laser and IPL manufacturer.
A full consultation is essential to a successful treatment. The consultation price is £15, which is redeemable against your first treatment. We recommend that for best results treatments are booked 4 weeks apart, and sun exposure is to be avoided within the hours following the treatment.

Dr Renaud Intensive Botanicals Prescriptive Facial

Emergency care for skin in crisis, this facial is created to deliver a targetted action on specific skin problems whilst delivering a powerful anti-aging effect. This is a facial to treat skin when it needs it most, to help restore and renew your complexion so you can continue with your usual skincare routine.
